For the last 25 years, Melinda’s career has focused on environmental and economic sustainability. She has founded and led prosperous companies, brought valuable leadership to non-profits and co-ops, and provided thought-leadership to the crucial issues of housing and climate change.

Melinda aims for solutions - ranging from the strategic to the practical. She’s equally comfortable in a Board room as she is on a construction site. She’s installed renewable power systems with her own hands, and then lobbied Ministers in government. Melinda is fearless when in pursuit of change.

She loves the outdoors and when not found in her garden, loves to hike, swim and cross-country ski. Melinda lives in Muskoka with her son.
